Returns
At Kindstoreart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade aromatherapy candle purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This return policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition (unburned and unopened)
- Be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items that have been used, burned, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Custom or personalized items may not be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@kindstoreart.cv or +353 1 234 5678 with your order number
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- We will review your request and provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA)
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
Returns without a valid return authorization may be refused. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
The refund amount will include the original purchase price but may exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:
- Damaged or defective items received
- Wrong item shipped by us
- Errors made by Kindstoreart
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different scent or product of equal or greater value. To request an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and desired exchange item
- Return the original item following our return process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've processed it:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post
- If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@kindstoreart.cv
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us with the order number or gift receipt. We can issue a store credit or exchange for the item.
